  • Emergency tree services

2. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all services. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service delivery. Any significant changes to the quoted price will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service charge may apply to returned checks.

4. Insurance and Liability

Extras Tree Care is fully licensed and insured with comprehensive liability coverage. We maintain workers' compensation insurance for all employees. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

5. Property Access and Safety

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to work areas. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel services if conditions are deemed unsafe. Customers are responsible for marking underground utilities and sprinkler systems.

6. Weather and Scheduling

Services may be postponed due to weather conditions that could compromise safety or quality. We will reschedule at the earliest opportunity. Emergency services are available 24/7 regardless of weather conditions.

7. Cleanup and Debris Removal

Standard cleanup and debris removal is included in our services unless otherwise specified. Wood chips may be left on-site for customer use unless removal is specifically requested.

8. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. Any concerns about our services should be reported within 30 days of completion. We will address legitimate concerns promptly and professionally.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors beyond our control such as severe weather, disease, or pest infestations.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
